About Troop 553

Boy Scout Troop 553 is based at American Legion Post 175 in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Our Troop is an active one that enjoys getting outdoors for activities such as camping, hiking and community service. We uphold the ideals of Scouting as described in the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.
